SCRUBBER is the air purification system designed by Gemata for the scrubbing of fumes generated mainly by water-based products in SPRAYSTAR and SPRAYSTORM spray booths.
The most advanced and greenest version of this system is the ECO-SCRUBBER. This model filters 98% of particles with a size of 10 μm compared to current market technologies.
ECO-SCRUBBER achieves this high scrubbing capacity thanks both to an innovative modification on the spheres, whose size has been almost halved to increase the contact surface with the flue gas flow, and to the implementation of two fundamental optional extras:
the diagnostic system,
the dry filter unit spheres.
DIAGNOSTICS SYSTEM
The Diagnostics system is the software that manages the correct operation of the ECO-SCRUBBER, signaling any warnings or alarms.
It is a fundamental technology for monitoring the machine and its performance: the sensor system monitors the status machine in real-time and immediately signals anomalies through luminous and acoustic alarms.
The sensors monitor specifically:
water flow rate;
minimum water level;
maximum water level;
anemometer on cabin air entrance;
pressure differential on dry filter;
fan power input.
DRY FILTERS
The dry filter set is the final filtration stage of the ECO-SCRUBBER and is placed before the purified air outlet duct to capture the last remaining particles.
