FULL GREENFINISH is the system for finishing full bovine hides for automotive upholstery and furniture.
The system uses embossing cylinders with customizable grains, protected by a thin film that, in addition to preventing the hides from adhering to the cylinders, transfers the hides throughout the entire line. This process results in a uniform finish free from surface defects while maintaining the natural softness of the leather.

Leather joined to the surface of the protective film
Throughout the process, the surface of the leather, being
protected by the film, is not contaminated by dust.
Hides finished with the FULL GREENFINISH lines
have a surface loss reduction of 1.5% to 2% compared
to traditional finishing methods, as the hides remain
“adhered” to the surface of the protective film during low temperature
drying and subsequent stabilization.
Detachment of the leather from the protective film
This is a highly efficient, eco-friendly process, the result
of Costa’s extensive experience in the finishing sector.
It ensures the production of leather of excellent quality
with reduced energy consumption, while eliminating
atmospheric emissions.
Production speeds range from 8-14 m/min depending on
the length of the drying ovens.
