Laboratory rollercoater for top coat and finishings in synchro mode on embossed and flat leathers

Toplab TOPLAB is an important tool for laboratory use, R&D department and small leathers finishing.


The machine enables to reproduce on small scale the same results given by industrial machines model TOPSTAR.
It is possible to mount the same type of engraved rollers and set the same parameters in order to test the possible industrial parameters.

Finishing modes:
  • In SINCRO : coating of finishings and top coat on flat leathers and embossed leathers.

The machine parts in contact with the chemicals are stainless stell made.
The main frame and all other parts are painted with corrosion resistant paints.

All machine electronic controls are located on the operator's panel, equipped with a digital screen.

The machine is arranged with wheels for its easy displacement.
