Considering to process whole buffed leathers of 50-55 sq ft/each at a speed of 12 m/min, the production is equal to 240 hides/hour (12,500 sq ft/hour).

By using the traditional spraying system,the consumption of chemical product (which has to be treated and disposed),is bigger of 21.6 gr/sq ft, than the consumption of chemical product with the ROLLER FINISHING SYSTEM..
